Post-apocalyptic RPG slated for 2018
Bandai Namco Entertainment America began streaming the first full trailer for its upcoming action RPG Code Vein with English subtitles on Tuesday. The video introduces the premise and setting for the game.

In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity's past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity.
The game is slated for release in 2018. Bandai Namco Entertainment has not yet announced platforms German YouTube account for Sony's PlayStation consoles listed the game for PlayStation 4 in a video that has since been removed.
The company initially promoted the project using the hashtag #PrepareToDine, and streamed a teaser video last month.
