Flame of Recca/MÄR's Nobuyuki Anzai Ends Metal Rock Manga

Essay manga launched in 2014
Manga artist Nobuyuki Anzai ended his Kōtetsu Manroku -Metal Rock- manga in Takeshobo's Manga Life MOMO magazine last Tuesday.
The manga launched in November 2014. The first compiled volume shipped in June 2016, and the second and final volume will ship on April 17.
The manga is a sequel to Anzai's Anzai Nobuyuki no Meta Nikki (Nobuyuki Anzai's Meta Diary) essay manga, which launched in Takeshobo's Manga Club Original in November 2013. Takeshobo published one compiled volume for the series in March 2015. Anzai himself is a main character of the manga.
Viz Media has released both the manga and anime versions of Anzai's Flame of Recca and MÄR series in North America. However, only it only released the first 16 episodes of the MÄR on DVD.
