Anime Boston to Host Rock Band OKAMOTO'S

The Anime Boston convention announced via press release on Wednesday that it will host rock band OKAMOTO'S as musical guests at this year's convention.
OKAMOTO'S consists of vocalist Shō Okamoto, guitarist Koki Okamoto, bassist Hama Okamoto, and drummer Reiji Okamoto. The band debuted in 2009 when the band members were still 18 years old. The group released their debut album Here Are OKAMOTO'S in June of that year. OKAMOTO'S have since released eight albums and nine singles. The band have performed theme songs for the Naruto Shippūden, Naruto Shippūden: The Burning Chūnin Exam! Naruto vs. Konohamaru!!, Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals, Durarara!!×2 Shō, and Gintama anime.
The convention will take place at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston from March 31 to April 2. Other announced guests include voice actors Lex Lang and Sandy Fox, and the Puffy AmiYumi group.
