Studio Trigger to Animate Indivisible Game's Opening Sequence

505 Games and Lab Zero announced on Tuesday that anime Studio Trigger will animate the opening sequence for the game Indivisible. Yoh Yoshinari (Little Witch Academia) is directing the sequence and North American animation studio Titmouse (Metalocalypse, Venture Bros.) is providing the storyboards.
Production on the animation is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2017.
The game's YouTube channel posted an announcement video that features clips from the game and from Trigger and Yoshinari's Little Witch Academia.
Lab Zero (Skullgirls) launched an Indiegogo campaign in October 2015 to fund the action RPG, and 505 Games matched the rest of the development budget once the campaign reached its goal. One of the stretch goals funded an opening movie by Titmouse and a "mystery anime studio" that had not yet been announced.
The game, inspired by Southeast Asian mythologies, follows a girl named Ajna who travels the world and meets a diverse cast of heroes who grant her new abilities. Hiroki Kikuta (Secret of Mana) is composing the game's music. The game itself is slated for 2018, though a prototype for the game is available on Windows, Mac, Linux, Steam, and PlayStation 4.
