Puyo's The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan Spinoff Manga Ends

The September issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine published the final chapter of Puyo's The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan (Nagato Yuki-chan no Shōshitsu) spinoff manga on Thursday, August 4. The manga's 10th and final compiled book volume is slated for February 2017.
The manga is Puyo's official spinoff based on Nagaru Tanigawa's Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series.
Yen Press publishes the manga in North America, and it describes the story of The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan:
This spin-off of the Haruhi Suzumiya series takes place in the world of the "Disappearance" arc of the original novels, focusing on the high school life (and romance!) of a tentative and bashful Yuki Nagato quite unlike the one you've come to know and love through the usual exploits of the SOS Brigade... but no less charming!
Puyo launched the series in Young Ace in 2009. Kadokawa will release the ninth compiled manga volume with an original anime on Blu-ray Disc on October 26. Yen Press released the seventh compiled volume in North America on March 24.
Puyo also created the earlier The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi-chan spinoff manga series, and Yen Press also publishes the manga
The manga inspired a 16-episode television anime series that premiered in April. Funimation streamed the series as it aired, and is also streaming an English-dubbed version of the series that reunites the cast from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Funimation will release the series either as both a part of its new release of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime on home video, or a separate DVD/Blu-ray Disc combo pack on September 13.
