The official website of Bandai Namco Entertainment's My Hero Academia: Battle for All Nintendo 3DS game began streaming a commercial for the game on Monday. The video confirms the game's May 19 release date.
The game's official website previously streamed a promotional video in December.
In the game, players aim to become the "No. 1 hero," and the manga's characters will appear with their unique powers. The game will retail for 5,700 yen (about US$50). Those who purchase the first edition of the game will get two cards for the Boku no Hero Academia: Gekitotsu! Heroes Battle (My Hero Academia: Clash! Heroes Battle) arcade card game as well as a download code for a Nintendo 3DS theme.
The Boku no Hero Academia: Gekitotsu! Heroes Battle arcade card game will launch in Japanese arcades in April.
