Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition Game Adds 'And you thought there is Never a girl online?' Characters

Sega announced on Tuesday that it will add two characters from Shibai Kineko's Netoge no Yome wa Onna no ko ja Nai to Omotta? (And you thought there is never a girl online?) light novel series as paid DLC. Ako (voiced by Rina Hidaka) will be a playable character, while Lucien (Toshiyuki Toyonaga) will be a support character.
The characters will be playable at the Dengeki Game Festival event on March 13, but Sega has not yet announced a release date for the characters.
Ecole and French Bread developed the game, which debuted in Japanese arcades last July. The game shipped on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita in Japan last December. The game features 16 playable characters and more than 30 support characters on release. LiSA (Fate/Zero, Sword Art Online, The irregular at magic high school) performed the game's theme song "ID."
The game adds new playable characters, such as The Devil Is a Part-Timer!'s Emi Yūsa/Emilia, Heavy Object's Quenser, The irregular at magic high school's Tatsuya Shiba, and A Certain Scientific Railgun's Kuroko Shirai. The game also adds new support characters, such as Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu's Kana Iriya, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere's Tomo Asama, and Zero Kara Hajimeru Mahō no Sho's Zero. The game also adds new systems, such as the new ability to pick two support characters and switch between them every round, and it re-balances existing characters.
The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita port of Sega's first Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax arcade fighting game shipped in Japan in November 2014. Sega released the game in North America and Europe last October.
The first game featured 14 playable characters and 23 support characters from ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko light novel titles. The game was launched to celebrate the imprint's 20th anniversary. Mami Kawada performed the original game's first theme song "Belief."
A television anime adaptation of Netoge no Yome wa Onna no ko ja Nai to Omotta? will premiere in Japan on April 7.
