posted on by Egan Loo
The streaming service Daisuki posted the promotional video for the Meteorite arc, which makes up episodes 10-13 of the God Eater anime, with subtitles on Tuesday. The subtitles are in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Spanish (for Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian. Daisuki will launch the arc on March 5.
The video shows excerpts from the episodes' stories, which will have a portion set during the past and childhood of main character Renka.
The anime's official Japanese website posted the video without subtitles last week.
Episode 10 will premiere on March 5, Saturday on Tokyo MX at 6:30 p.m., and on BS 11 at 7:00 p.m. The channel will air the rest of the episodes over the next three weeks on the same time slot. The episodes will also air on Sun TV and KBS Kyoto on later dates. Episodes 10 and 11 will be available in the sixth volume of the Blu-ray and DVD home video version on March 24, while episodes 12 and 13 will be available in the seventh volume on April 21. The episodes were previously scheduled for winter.
The remaining episodes are titled:
Episode 10 "Sange" (A Glorious End)
Episode 11 "Meteorrite"
Episode 12 "Dai-Ichi Butai" (First Unit)
Episode 13 "Renge" (Lotus Flower)
The television anime's original run from July to September last year only reached the anime's ninth episode. The God Eater anime premiered in July, but four "Extra" episode pre-empted regular episodes that were previously scheduled.
Daisuki streamed the series as it aired, and Crunchyroll began streaming the first episode on August 11, a month after the Japanese premiere.
