Yakuza Kiwami's Story Video, Yakuza 6's Demo Video Streamed

The official YouTube channel for the Yakuza (Ryū ga Gotoku) game franchise began streaming a story promotional video on Friday for its Yakuza Kiwami (Ryū ga Gotoku Kiwami) PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 game and a demo promotional video for its Yakuza 6 (Ryū ga Gotoku 6, temporary title) PlayStation 4 game.

Yakuza Kiwami is a full remake of the original Yakuza (Ryū ga Gotoku) game, which was the first in the franchise. The game will ship on January 21 for 6,490 yen (about US$53), and will contain added scenarios and cinematics. Those who purchase Yakuza Kiwami will get access to a demo version of Yakuza 6.
Yakuza 6 Demo Promo Video
Yakuza 6 is slated in Japan for the PS4 in fall 2016. The game will feature a cameo by famous actor/director Takeshi Kitano (aka Beat Takeshi).
Sega of America released Yakuza 5 in the West on December 8, and the company announced last week that it will localize and release the Yakuza 0 (Ryū ga Gotoku 0: Chikai no Basho) prequel game in the Americas.
