One Piece Treasure Cruise Smartphone Game Gets Asian Release

The official website of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga announced on Monday that Bandai Namco Entertainment has released its One Piece Treasure Cruise smartphone game in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
The game has already seen 16 million downloads worldwide. In Thailand, the game received 600,000 pre-registrants through the LINE app's "LINE Game" service.
Bandai Namco Entertainment launched One Piece Treasure Cruise in Japan in May 2014 for iOS and Android devices. Bandai Namco Entertainment released the game in the United States and United Kingdom in February. The game is based on Oda's One Piece manga, and follows its story from Luffy's childhood up to the current arc. The game allows the player to organize six crews consisting of six characters each. Each character's abilities grow as the player progresses through the game.
