CAPCOM is promoting its Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate game with a campaign at the Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park in Los Angeles County, California from March 28 to August 10. The park has re-decorated a train on its giant Goliath roller coaster as the game's flagship Gore Magala monster. The campaign also features special Monster Hunter merchandise and outdoor displays.
The theme park's campaign is part of the Monster Hunter Caravan Tour that will next travel to WonderCon 2015 (April 3-5) in Anaheim, California, and then to Capcom U.S.A.'s own offices on April 11.
The Universal Studios theme park in Japan has been hosting annual promotional campaigns for the Monster Hunter franchise. This year, the attraction features live-size recreations of Zinogre, Seregios (the first one ever of the new main monster in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate), Felyne, and weapons. It also offers free downloads for attendees, games, dishes, photo oportunities, and prizes.
