Composer talks about music accompanying Luffy's vow

The above video shows One Piece composer Kouhei Tanaka talking about 'Kaizoku ô ni narunda,' the music which plays when Luffy vows to become King of the Pirates. 'I think I have composed more than 500 pieces of music for One Piece, but this music was the second one I wrote for Luffy,' Tanaka says.

The One Piece music concert will be held at London's Cadogan Hall on Saturday February 7 at 8 p.m., performed by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and Tanaka. A press release described the event as 'a spectacular multimedia video and music show featuring a world-class level full orchestra playing the best selections from The One Piece TV series and movies.'

Cadogan Hall is close to Sloane Square (directions).Tickets are available here.
