Girl Band Scandal's Tour Heads to Anime Central in Illinois

Anime Central announced on Monday that the four-member girl band SCANDAL will perform at the convention as part of their world tour on Friday, May 15 at the Rosemont Theatre in Illinois. The band members will also be present throughout the convention.
Con-goers can attend the concert with their Anime Central badges. Tickets for premium seating near the stage floor will also go on sale. The concert's general seating is not assigned.
SCANDAL'S tour is selling out venues in Japan. The group will also perform at Le Bataclan in Paris on April 25, The Islington Academy in London on April 26, the Westadthalle in Essen, Germany on April 30, the Wall in Taiwan on May 10, and the MacPherson Stadium in Hong Kong on May 29. SCANDAL is also planning concerts in Singapore and Mexico.
The girl band performed theme songs for Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Loups-Garous, Star Driver, and most recently this summer's Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction film.
The band previously performed at California's AM2 convention in 2011.
Anime Central will be held on May 15-17 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
