Koei Tecmo Games began streaming a new promotional video and two commercials for its upcoming Sengoku Musou 4-II (Samurai Warriors 4-II) PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita game on Thursday. The game is a revamped version of the previously-released Sengoku Musou 4 (Samurai Warriors 4) game. The videos feature Wagakki Band's "Ikusa" (War) theme song.
The company is also streaming a TV spot for its Sengoku Musou Shoot mobile game, which is currently available for iOS and Android.
Sengoku Musou 4-II will include new stories not seen in Samurai Warriors 4, and will also introduce Naomasa Ii as a new playable character. The game's system is also being renewed, with new attack patterns from enemy soldiers, as well as new camerawork and effects during conversation events. The game will ship in Japan on February 11.
Koei Tecmo Games released Samurai Warriors 4 in Japan on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita last March, and the game came to North America and Europe in October. A PlayStation 4 port was released in Japan in September, with the North American and European versions also being released in October.
