Media Factory Launches 'Fleur Comics' Boys-Love Label
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
Kadokawa brand company Media Factory announced on Tuesday that it will be launching a new boys-love manga label titled "Fleur Comics" (lit 'Flower Comics') in February. The first releases for the label will be on February 17, and a new release is scheduled for each month on the 17th until April.
The label will publish manga serialized on the free-to-read boys-love manga website Comic Fleur, which launched in October. Five series have been chosen as the first round of works to be published by the label, with the first two being Nibiiro Musica (Grey Music) by Kemeko Tokoro and Focus (cover seen right) by Noriko Nishi.
In celebration of the new label, its website is holding a special "present fair," and anyone who applies will receive free original oil-blotting sheets and special manga paper. More details about the give-away will be announced on the Comic Fleur website in late January.
