Studio to preview Little Witch Academia 2 at April 2015 event
The Anime Matsuri convention will host Studio Trigger and director Yoh Yoshinari at the April 3-5, 2015 event in Houston. The studio is aiming to screen a preview of the Little Witch Academia 2 anime.
Studio Trigger ended its successful Kickstarter campaign for Little Witch Academia 2 in August 2013. The campaign accumulated US$625,518 in pledges, reaching both its primary and stretch goals. The final product is slated to run for 40 minutes and was scheduled for completion this winter. Anime Matsuri stated that the project's staff is currently working on the second episode with a new release timeline of mid-2015.
