Man to Be Prosecuted for Uploading Shin-chan, Black Jack on FC2

The Okinawa Prefectural Police and Naha Station sent the case of a 48-year-old male contract office worker to the Naha District Prosecutor's Office on charges of violating Japan's Copyright Law. The suspect is accused of uploading the Eiga Crayon Shin-chan: Bakauma—! B-Kyū Gourmet Survival!! film to the FC2 servers on January 3, and then uploading Black Jack Final Karte 11 on January 29. The suspect allegedly admitted to the charges, saying that he uploaded the files for pocket money. He was originally arrested on May 28.
