Adult Swim Has Record Viewer Numbers in 2013

Adult Swim, the cable and satellite network that is paired with Cartoon Network, is reporting that 2013 will be its most-watched year among the 18-34, 18-49 adults and 18-34 male demographics, according to Nielsen Media Research. This year is Adult Swim's ninth in a row as the #1 ranked in Total Day for 18-34 adults and 18-49 males. The channel earned 10-13% delivery growth among its targeted demographics for the year.
Adult Swim will rank #2 in Primetime for 18-34 adults and 18-34 male demographics for basic cable behind TBS. It gained a 20% rise in the 18-34 adults, a 17% rise in 18-49 adults, a 22% rise in 18-34 male, and 17% rise in 18-49 male demographics compared to last year.
The Saturday night Toonami block of anime programming grew an average for 39%-44% among all targeted demographics.
The channel's top programming included Robot Chicken at #1 on basic cable with a double to triple percent rise compared to last year among its target demographics. The Eric Andre Show ranked #1 in its timeslot.
