Bleach Guests to Attend Gold Coast Film Festival, Supanova Expo

Masakazu Morita and Noriyuki Abe, the lead voice actor and director of the popular supernatural fighting series Bleach, will attend the Gold Coast Film Festival and Supanova Pop Expo this April as special guests as part of a three-year cultural exchange program recently announced between the two events.
Noriyuki Abe directs and storyboards the long-running series, based on the Shounen Jump manga by by Tite Kubo, and previously worked on series such as Flame of Recca and Banner of the Stars. Masakazu Morita, who recently played Barbany Brooks Jr in Tiger & Bunny and has acted in series including Baccano! and Sengoku Basara, voices lead character Ichigo Kurosaki. The guests will hold an anime master class at the Gold Coast Film Festival on April 20, discussing Bleach and breaking into the anime industry. The master class will be followed by a screening of Bleach's third film Bleach the Movie: Fade to Black, a Q&A session, and the Australian premiere of the fourth film, Hell Verse.
The guests will also be exclusively appearing at Supanova Gold Coast, held on April 21 and April 22 at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre and signing sessions at the Madman Entertainment booth and panels over the weekend. You can find more information on that here.
