XXXHolic's Mizushima Directs +Tic Neesan Anime Shorts

Mari Kanou stars as high school girl who likes making plastic models
The May issue of Tokuma Shoten's Animage magazine reported on Saturday that Tsutomu Mizushima (xxxHOLiC) is directing two-minute anime shorts based on Cha Kurii's +Tic Neesan (+Tic Elder Sister) gag comedy manga. The story follows a third-year high school girl who likes building plastic models in a model-making club. Mari Kanou already began recording the title role of Neesan on March 27, while Marina Inoue and Yumi Uchiyama play her fellow club members Makimaki and Okappa, respectively.
Kurii launched the manga in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine in September of 2009.
