Founder Beveridge, staff to remain with site, expand anime/manga focus

AnimeonDVD.com founder
Chris Beveridge has
announced on Monday afternoon that he decided to sell his news and community website to Mania.com, a website that bills itself as "the premiere online destination for fans of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror entertainment." Beveridge emphasized that he and his staff will remain with the website, and that it will be "business as usual just with a different look and a lot more support and infrastructure behind it." He also said the website will expand its coverage within the areas of anime and manga. The announcement comes after the 10th anniversary of the website last month.
