Naruto Volumes 19, 20, 21 dip from last week's peak
After a strong showing last week, Naruto Volumes 19, 20, and 21 all dropped in USA Today's list of the nation's top 150 best-selling books for October 15 through October 21. Volume 21, which has consistently sold the best of the three, is now at #53, after cresting at #39 last week. Volume 20 went down more than twenty spots, from #54 to #75. Volume 19 occupies the #111 position. Last week, it placed in the #77 spot.
The three Naruto volumes were again the only manga on the list, although World War Z, collection by author Max Brooks of fictional interviews with survivors of a worldwide zombie infestation — including a stereotypical Japanese anime fan — was #102.
