The Japan Times has posted an article about efforts to have Japan's child porn laws expanded to included animated child porn. According to the article, 50% of all animated pornography distributed in Japan features school-aged girls. Kaoru Kobayashi, who is currently on trial for the murder of a 7-year-old girl testified that he became interested in young girls after watching pornographic anime in high school.
