TOKYOPOP has announced that they are kicking off their third competition to find those talented individuals who aspire to have their own published manga.
As with previous competitions, Tokyopop will publish the winning 15-20 page entries in a "Rising Stars of Manga" anthology next year.
The grand prize winner will also have the opportunity to pitch a full length manga series to TOKYOPOP. Last year's winner, Lindsay Cibos, was awarded a publishing deal by the company and will turn her entry, "Peach Fuzz." into a full length manga series.
