TOEI sues Mandarake over stolen Sailor Moon Cels

Toei Animation has sued second hand Anime / Manga retailer Mandarake for the return of a number of stolen cels that have appeared for sale in the Mandarake stores. The Sailor Moon cels were reportedly stolen from Toei by a 36 year old cel collector and then later sold to Mandarake.
