Top cover story of this week's LA Weekly entitled "Mighty Tezuka! The God of Manga."
The top cover story of this week's edition of L.A. Weekly (week of January 4th to 10th, 2002) is a story about Osamu Tezuka entitled "Mighty Tezuka! The God of Manga."
The article, written by a journalist who grew up reading Tezuka's Manga in Japan, is full of praise for Tezuka's work. It offers a short biography of Tezuka's professional life, and takes a brief look at many of his Manga which are not well know in North America; Manga such as Jungle Taitei as Hi no Tori.
