Toriyama.org returns... sort of.

Main site still down, but alternate site now available
Toriyama.org has not returned to its rightful owners. However, the staff of the website have constructed a secondary website for the worlds largest database of Akira Toriyama information.
The new website is toriorg.animenet.org.
