Dragonball Unedited Manga Update

You may remember a short while ago (Regarding Unedited Dragonball Manga (11/1/2000)) we posted that Viz was hoping that they would be able to publish the paperback version of the Dragon Ball manga in its unedited form.
Dallas Middaugh of Viz Communications, with whom we originally spoke on this issue, informed us recently that although no final decision has yet to be arrived at, Viz is still working towards this goal.
According to Mr. Middaugh an official announcement should be forthcoming sometime in the new year.
