Escaflowne DVD packaging

Jerry Chu of Bandai has sent Anime on DVD some information of importance to anyone who has ordered or will beordering the Escaflowne DVD.
Normally each DVD should ship with one business reply card and one insert for the tarot card deck redemption offer (this is the one where you need all 8 cards to get it). A problem during packaging resulted in a batch of DVDs receiving several business reply cards and no no tarot card insert.
People who receive discs with the packaging error can hold onto the sales receipt or invoice as it will be honored by Bandai as an alternative to the insert.
