Jessica Calvello in upcoming dub of Virgin Fleet.

The Casual Otaku received an email today from Jessica Calvello, veteran voice actress in many anime from ADV Films.
Jessica, who is notable as being the first English VA to be hand picked by a Japanese creator (Gō Nagai) to play the role of one his characters (Cutey Honey), has made the move to Central Park Media and will be part of their upcoming release titled Virgin Fleet. VF is a short 3 episode OAV series from the folks at Red Company (Sakura Wars, Galaxy Fraulein Yuna)/ AIC (Bubblegum Crisis OAVs and 2040 TV, Tenchi Muyo!) and is due out November 14th. Jessica will be playing the lead role of Shiokaze Umino.
