Bandai Recreates Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal as Face Powder Case

Bandai's cosmetics brand Creer Beaute unveiled Pretty Guardians Color Powder as the latest item in its well-established Miracle Romance line on Friday. The Silver Crystal that appears in the story of Sailor Moon inspired the color powder's design.
The five-color face powder is inspired by the five main Sailor Guardians. The powder includes five types of moisturizing ingredients. Once applied, the multicolored pearls create a transparent glow on the skin. After the face powder is gone, Sailor Moon fans can use the case to store small items.
The Bandai Premium website began accepting pre-orders for the powder for 4,860 yen (about US$44) on Friday, and orders are expected to ship in late December.
Previous releases in the Sailor Moon-themed Miracle Romance line include makeup brushes, eye shadow, powder compacts, liquid eyeliners, perfume, and lipsticks.
