March 30 is the birthday of Attack on Titan character Eren Jaeger. To mark the Titan fighter's special day, the Rascal the Raccoon franchise posted an image of Rascal as Eren and announced that it will hold its second collaboration with the Attack on Titan anime.
The crossover campaign's website revealed this year's merchandise on Friday. The items feature Attack on Titan's Cleaning Corps and include six acrylic key holders (650 yen; about US$6), six tin badges (550 yen; US$5), two varieties of mini towels (700 yen; US$6), two varieties of pouches (1,400 yen; US$13), and two varieties of clear files (300 yen; US$3).
The merchandise will debut in the middle of May in two shops in Tokyo. The 40th anniversary Rascal Shop Tokyo Solamachi, which will run from April 21 to June 25, and the Nippon Animation official shop ANi★CUTE will offer the items. Last year's collaboration offered a variety of similar crossover character merchandise.
Rascal the Raccoon has also collaborated with anime such as Tiger & Bunny and Madoka Magica.
The second season of the Attack on Titan television anime series will premiere on April 1. Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it will stream the series.
