I☆Ris Member Yū Serizawa Planning Her Solo Debut

i☆Ris idol group member and voice actress Yū Serizawa announced she will be making her solo debut with the release of a mini-album and a photo collection book. The book, Kimi to is slated for release in February followed by the album in April.
The photo album will be released on February 10 and includes images of Serizawa in the wilderness and other outdoor areas. It will bundle a DVD and retail for 4,000 yen. A special Gamers! store version will retail for 4,630 yen. Serizawa will be available for a special autograph session on February 12 at the Shibuya Animate store.
Serizawa worked with SCREEN MODE's Masatomo Ota, a frequent collaborator with Yukari Tamura, on her solo album.
Serizawa debuted with the i☆Ris idol group in 2012 and the entire group has starred in anime series including the PriPara idol anime franchise. Serizawa herself has had major roles in the supernatural romantic comedy Actually, I Am… and this year's Twin Star Exorcists.
Last year marked the group's fourth anniversary and they will release their 14th single on March 8, followed by a nationwide tour in April.
