Love Live's Hanayo Now Has Specially Branded Rice

White rice lover Hanayo of Love Live! School idol project now has her very own brand of rice to feast upon. GG7, a character licensing firm that mostly works with Yotsuba&!, is taking preorders for Hanayo-branded organic Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture's Uonuma.
The rice comes in two different packages: a 1-kg (2.2 lb) bag for 3,240 yen ($26.35), or a 500-mL (17-oz) bottle for 1,980 yen ($16.10). You can also get a set of three bottles for 4,980 yen ($40.55). The rice comes with a wooden rice paddle, a postcard, and (with the bag) a clear file.
Hanayo rice can be ordered via Hybrid Mind Market. Hybrid Mind Market is also running a campaign that includes a free Love Live! idol picture with an order above 3,000 yen (about $24.40).
Hanayo has previously appeared on a bag of rice as part of her birthday gift set in 2014.
