The 11th Prince of Britannia and his immortal companion have inspired a brand-new fashion piece.
Japanese fashion store SuperGroupies will soon sell Code Geass apparel in the form of a hooded stole. Two versions of this piece are available. Dedicated to main protagonist Lelouch vi Britannia, one version comes in black. The Geass mark is stitched over the left side of the hood, an homage to the location Lelouch's Geass ability in his left eye.
The stole can be linked together with a special charm set. This set includes a medallion featuring the insignia of the Black Knights, Lelouch's rebel group, a tassel modeled after the scarf worn by Lelouch's alter ego Zero, and a stone dyed in the same purple color as Lelouch's eyes, among other trinkets.
The piece can function both as a hooded stole and as a scarf for colder days.
The second version comes in white, modeled for the mysterious girl C.C. as she appears in Akito the Exiled. While its design is similar down to the Geass stitched on the hood (albeit stitched in yellow on the middle of the hood), its key difference is in its charm set.
This set features a blue ribbon topped off with an aqua-colored gem, two topazes and a charm designed as the Geass mark.
Either robe costs 9,504 yen (about US$78). Preorders are being accepted until October 4 and shipments will be made in December.
