Realtor Holds 4-Panel Manga Contest About Apartments

Japanese realtor Leopalace 21 is holding a four-panel manga contest. The contest is open to professionals and amateurs alike and each entry should focus on one of the company's four selling points: fully-furnished apartments, customizable rooms, security, and soundproofing.

The entry with the best story, art, and focus on the selling points will win 50,000 yen (about US$464). The runner-up will get a two-day, one-night stay in a Leopalace property in Japan. Leopalace will accept entries until November 25 and announce the winner in late December.
