Xbox 360/PS3 mecha game slated for September 27 in N. America, Europe
Namco Bandai Games began streaming the second English trailer for the Armored Core: Verdict Day PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 video game on Friday. Namco Bandai Games will release the game in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australasia on September 27.
From Software (Dark Souls) is once again developing the game, which is slated to ship in Japan on September 26. The company began streaming two television commercials for the game on Friday.
Namco Bandai Games describes the latest game in the Armored Core franchise:
In the future, war has ravaged everything. Mysterious towers hold precious resources as factions fight for what they want in a never ending power struggle. You are a mercenary, you fight but it is not your fight. Is it worth living another day if you have no future?
Players will be able to carry over their save data from Armored Core V, and will be able to further customize mechs. The game will also feature the return of Operator Mode.
