Fire Emblem: Awakening's English Character Progression Trailer Posted
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
Nintendo of America began streaming a character progression trailer on Tuesday for the English release of the strategy role-playing game Fire Emblem Awakening. The four-minute trailer explains the different ways characters can get stronger: through leveling up in battle, leveling up weapons, changing classes, and learning new skills.
Nintendo confirmed last June that it will release the game on the 3DS system in the United States, after registering its web domain in April. Nintendo will release the game on February 4 both physically and digitally for US$39.99 with both Japanese and English audio tracks. Nintendo will also ship a Fire Emblem: Awakening 3DS bundle on the same day for US$200.
The game already arrived in Japan last April under the name Fire Emblem: Kakusei. Intelligent Systems developed this latest title in the Fire Emblem fantasy series with two-player co-op gameplay. It introduces new features while retaining gameplay elements from the series' previous installments.
