Sengoku Basara HD Collection Character Introduction Video Streamed

The official YouTube channel for the PlayStation brand began streaming a trailer for the upcoming Sengoku Basara HD Collection game for the PlayStation 3 console. The 143-second video introduces over thirty characters from the title, showing footage over voice clips of each.
The rock band abingdon boys school created a new song, "We Are," for the collection's theme song. The band as a whole and its vocalist, Takanori Nishikawa (also known as T.M. Revolution), have contributed several songs to the previous Sengoku Basara game and anime releases. An earlier promotional trailer featuring the song was revealed this May.
A bonus drama CD featuring the winners of the AKB48-style "BSR48" character popularity poll will be bundled with a limited number of the collection's first release, as will serial codes unlocking special cards in Basara online collectible card games for PC web browsers and the Mobage mobile phone gaming platform.
Sengoku Basara HD Collection will be released on August 30 for a suggested retail price of 4,990 yen (about US$64).
