Hyouka Gets New Opening and Ending Themes

The Hyou-ka television anime series will be receiving new opening and ending themes. Kotenbu.com, the official website for the anime adaptation of Honobu Yonezawa's novel series, announced the official release date for both songs. The two songs will be available for purchase as singles from Bandai Visual and Lantis.
The opening theme is entitled "Mikansei Stride." Saori Kodama (Negima!?, IDOLM@STER: XENOGLOSSIA) wrote the lyrics for the new opening and also provided its vocals. "Mikansei Stride" is slated for an August 8 release. The CD will include the original song as well as an orchestral version. Additionally, two more tracks yet to be named will be included.
The ending theme, "Kimi ni Matsuwaru Mystery," was sung by Satomi Satou (K-ON!, Oreimo) and Hyou-ka cast member Ai Kayano (Sket Dance, anohana). Like the opening theme, it too will receive a CD release. Slated for August 22, "Kimi ni Matsuwaru Mystery" will be released alongside an orchestral version as well as two other untitled songs.
