The Japanese videogame developer Chunsoft (CANAAN, Pokemon Fushigi no Dungeon: Toki no Tankentai, Yami no Tankentai) began streaming a 58-second trailer for its upcoming sound novel game, Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru: Juichi Nin Me no Suspect on Wednesday. Chunsoft will release the game on the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3 consoles.
Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru: Juichi Nin Me no Suspect is a sequel to a 1994 Super Famicom (Super Nintendo) sound novel adventure game. The new game includes a "Minna de Kamaitachi" multi-player mode, which lets 100 players work to solve a crime. The PlayStation Vita version will have touch panel and gyro-sensor support, and a two-player mode where players hold opposite ends of the console. The game does not yet have a release date.
Chunsoft is also streaming a 107-second trailer for the Kyokugen Dasshutsu ADV: Zennin Shibō Desu videogame for the PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS consoles. The adventure game is being helmed by many of the same staff as the recent Nintendo DS game 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. Kōtarō Uchikoshi is writing and directing the game with Kinu Nishimura handling the character designs. The plot revolves around a college student, Sigma, and a girl, Phi. Sigma is kidnapped and wakes up in an elevator with Phi, and the two attempt to escape. The game does not yet have a release date.
