The Japanese portal site Cobs Online posted the results of two surveys, asking both women and men in their 20s which manga they think shouldn't be made into a live-action film.
Among 585 female respondents in their 20s, these were the top choices:

Among 279 male respondents in their 20s, these were the top choices:

Other manga male respondents answered that they thought shouldn't be turned into a live-action film included Rozen Maiden, Ushio and Tora, and Vagabond.
Both surveys were conducted online between January 24 and February 1. In a recent Escala poll, women in their 20s ranked One Piece as the second-most manga they would like adapted into a live-action film, behind Saint Young Men.
