Umineko no Naku Koro ni's Featherine

In the above photo, cosplayer Rachel portrays Featherine Augustus Aurora, a character from the Umineko no Naku Koro ni visual novel series by Higurashi no Naku Koro ni's Ryukishi07. She first appears in the sixth game Dawn of the Golden Witch and is a witch herself, as well as a "game master" who creates a mystery story using the island of Rokkenjima as the "game board."
The photo was taken at MomoCon, which took place in Atlanta, Georgia on March 12 and 13. The costume itself was created by MomoCon guest God Save the Queen Fashions.
