More drama at high school as little Chika innocently lets out Minatsu's secret. How can she face both her suitors? And how will she handle knowing that they have agreed to fight each other in the school boxing championships to see who gets to keep her? Meanwhile Samura, a brilliant softball catcher but a disturbed and lonely girl, suspects Minatsu of intriguing with yet another man - their soft ball coach - whom Samura want for herself. Everyday life in urban Japan is beautifully protrayed; every detail from the ordinary block of flats where Minatsu lives with per parents to the amusement park she visits with two guys at once is rendered with great charm and sympathy. Some outstanding moments in the animation are easily overlooked because the story is so absorbing, and wonderfully natural vocal performances enhance the effect.
