In a retro-futuristic Earth, the "Experts of Justice" are Espers (people with paranormal powers) that are part of an International Police Organization. These Espers battles the renegade terrorist group "Big Fire" in order to stop its mad attempt to conquer the world. Among their weapons is Earth's mightiest robot defender, Giant Robo!
In episode on, "The Black Attaché Case," The Experts of Justice desperately try to save Dr. Shizuma from the hands of Big Fire. Shizuma created the "Shizuma Drive", a power source which has replaced all forms of energy on Earth. Big Fire assigns Lord Alberto, one the mysterious Magnificent Ten, to capture Shizuma and the third of three prototype "Shizuma Drives" that will usher in Earth's greatest age of darkness! Can a young boy, Daisaku, and his Giant Robo stop them?!
