Plot Summary:
Kotaro is a cheerful troublemaker whose love for panties, Mayumi and karate often land him in troublesome situations that'd eventually become dangerous even; either to him, Mayumi or the people around him. He goes to Tsurugamine High School, a school of humongous proportion in terms of size, students and clubs; whose areas would one by one become Kotaro's new lair of adventure and fun.
