The reason why Amuro "piddles" on Char is because "shaa" (the Japanese pronunciation of Char) means "to urinate."
As with most foreign names, the Japanese have a hard time pronouncing Paptimus Scirocco's name. They often confuse Scirocco with "syrup" or "torokko" (the Japanese word for "cart") - which is why you see Scirocco riding a cart and selling bottles of syrup.
The hiragana character on the front of Scirocco's cart is "bi," which is sometimes short for bishounen ("pretty boy").
