Tiger & Bunny's Blue Rose

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Karina Lyle, a.k.a. "Blue Rose," a character from Sunrise's television anime series Tiger & Bunny. In the series, Lyle is a high school student who wants to become a professional singer and composes her own music. She is also a super-powered NEXT with the ability to manipulate ice; she becomes a hero sponsored by Pepsi in order to further her musical career. However, she has little patience with her job as a hero, expressing irritation with her own catchphrase and running away from a fight when it becomes too difficult.
