Uma Musume Pretty Derby Anime Premieres on April 1

The official website for the anime part of Cygames' Uma Musume Pretty Derby project revealed the anime's broadcast dates on Friday. The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX and BS 11 on the night of Sunday, April 1 at 12:00 a.m. (effectively Monday morning). The first broadcast will be an hour long and feature the first two episodes.
The show will also air on Kansai TV the same night at 1:55 a.m., Saga TV on the night of on Monday, April 2 at 1:25 a.m. (effectively Tuesday morning) with the first episode only at 1:45 a.m., and AbemaTV on April 3 at 11:00 p.m.
Kei Oikawa (This Art Club Has a Problem!, Outbreak Company, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!) is directing the anime at P.A. Works. Yousuke Kabashima (D.Gray-man Hallow, Lord Marksman and Vanadis) is the character designer and chief animation director. Masafumi Sugiura (aka Pierre Sugiura, Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru scripts) and Cygames' Akihiro Ishihara are both writing and overseeing the series scripts. UTAMARO movement is composing the music at Lantis.
