Persona 5 Anime Teases News for App on Friday

The official Twitter account for A-1 Pictures' television anime of Atlus' Persona 5 game teased on Thursday that new information about an app will be released on Friday. The tweeted image describes the announcement message as being from the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.
The anime will premiere in April on the Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, MBS, and BS11 channels. The voice cast members from the game are reprising their roles for the anime.
The latest entry in the Persona role-playing game series shipped for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on September 15, 2016. The game shipped in North America on April 4, 2017 after a delay. The game featured animation sequences from the Production I.G studio.
